Are you eager to enhance your health? Are you ready for warmer weather activities and the tennis season ahead? Did you know the single best thing most Canadians can do to improve their health is to walk more? It’s true! You want to aim for at least 10,000 steps a day and my 8-Week Walking Program can help. Pop in your ear buds and listen to a great playlist; round up some neighbours, friends, or colleagues; or commit to walking more as a family. You’re just a few weeks away from a happier, healthier you!

I created this program years ago for fitness clients and have modified it slightly over the years. Happily, it’s been used and shared by thousands in Canada and further afield. What are you waiting for? Lace up your shoes and get going!
