Aces is the first program dedicated to tennis on mainstream radio. Back by popular demand, the hour-long show features interviews with some of the top players, coaches and media personnel throughout the tennis world, discussing news on and off the courts. Veteran radio personality Roger Lajoie hosts Aces alongside legendary tennis writer/broadcaster/historian and Tennis Canada media correspondent, Tom Tebbutt.

Tom Tebbutt
Bio:
Tom Tebbutt, Canada’s best-known tennis writer, has covered more than 100 Grand Slam events and was editor of two Canadian tennis publications – Racquets Canada (1983-84) and On Court (1986-91). He was the tennis writer/columnist for the Globe and Mail from 1990 to 2010 and has done work for many years for the RDS sports network in Montreal. More recently, Tebbutt has worked for Radio-Canada and other radio outlets in Montreal and Toronto, reporting in English and French. He currently serves as Tennis Canada’s media correspondent, covering Canada’s elite tennis pros around the globe.
A Quebec native who has lived in Toronto for 25 years, he has covered all the Canadian Open (Rogers Cup/Coupe Rogers) tournaments dating back to the 1970’s. A former board of director of the International Tennis Writers Association (2000-2007), Tebbutt continues to give back to the sport he loves as a member of the Hall of Fame of Canadian Tennis selection committee.

Bio:
Roger is a regular host on The Fan doing Sports Central, late nights and weekends and filling in during the day. But "The Rog" is also one of the busiest guys in sports: he's a North American sports correspondent for the Reuters News Agency, play-by-play announcer of all St. Michael's Majors games on the internet and host of Majors games on Rogers Television, play-by-play voice of for the Oshawa Generals on Rogers Television, is public address announcer for the Toronto Maple Leafs of the Intercounty Baseball League and also does work for the Toronto Sun, the Canadian Hockey League and the Ontario Lacrosse Association, He recently started teaching at the new College of Sports Media and will have his first book published in the fall by Wiley Publishing.
