The Vernon, B.C.-product has played some of his finest tennis at SW18.
In 2015, Pospisil achieved his best Grand Slam singles result when he reached the quarter-finals. The year before, he hoisted the trophy and captured the Wimbledon doubles title alongside American Jack Sock.
But Pospisil will keep focused on the task at hand, his imminent semifinal meeting with Dudi Sela. The pair is currently tied 1-1 in their head-to-head record.
The last meeting between the two took place in 2014, when Sela took on Pospisil in a quarter-final matchup in Atlanta, and defeated the 26-year-old Canadian in three sets. Pospisil’s victory came on the Davis Cup stage in 2011 against Israel. Pospisil triumphed in his singles rubber over Sela.
Their third meeting will take place this Saturday in Busan, for full results and complete results please visit the official website and check back here for more.
