Senior Western Indoor Championships wrap up in Victoria

Champions were crowned at the Senior Western Indoor Championships over the weekend, held at the Cedar Hill Recreation Centre, Oak Bay Recreation Centre, and Panorama Leisure Centre in Victoria, B.C.

There were several duel champions, with Stephen Kimoff, Eric Bojesen, Horst Dammholz and Carol Lau going home with both singles and doubles titles.

Just one more major indoor event remains in the senior tennis calendar this month before the schedule moves outdoors. The eastern men’s indoor championships for the over-60 and up age categories will be held at Cote de Liesse in Montreal from April 8-12.
