To create sustainable change for women and girls in all areas of Canadian tennis, Tennis Canada’s Game. Set. Equity. commitment involves several different opportunities to access resources, programming, and professional development.

Girls. Set. Match.

This initiative provides an opportunity for self-identifying girls ages 11-14 to gather in a girls-only space to play team tennis, engage in reflection activities, and most importantly, make friends and have fun.

Community Tennis Grant

The grants offer funding opportunities for organizations working at the community level to advance equity for self-identifying women and girls in tennis.

UNMATCHED ConferencE

The UNMATCHED Conference presented by Tennis Canada and National Bank provides a space for established and emerging leaders of all genders, from within, and outside of sport to be challenged and inspired to make equity a priority and action long-term change within their communities.

Girls Leadership Program

A multi-week leadership experience that aims to empower girls aged 14-17. This program builds girl’s leadership skills and helps them create a network of peers as they start on their career path in tennis and work toward their TPA tennis instructor certification.
