Isabelle Boulais and Victor Krustev, both of Ontario, took home top honours on Wednesday at the U16 Rogers Outdoor Junior Nationals in Gatineau, Quebec.

Boulais, daughter of former Canadian pro Patricia Hy-Boulais, defeated Daria Tomashevskaya 6-1, 6-2 in the girls singles final. The top seed in the draw lost just one set in the tournament en route to the title.

For his part, Krustev swept the boys singles and doubles titles. In singles as the second seed, he topped fifth-seeded Dan Martin of Quebec 6-2, 6-0 in the championship match. In doubles, Krustev teamed with Nicaise Muamba, both out of Tennis Canada’s National Training Centre in Montreal, to take the trophy. They beat Jack Davis and Kiran Hem Phaterpekar 6-3, 6-2 in the final.

Krustev was also crowned champion of the U16 Rogers Indoor Junior Nationals earlier this year.
