CAnada Eliminated by Great Britain in Quarter-Finals

Team Canada was looking to become the first team since Czechia in 2016 to successfully defend its Billie Jean King Cup title. As the reigning champions, Canada had a first-round bye but lost to Great Britain 2-0 in the quarter-finals.

WHAT’s NEXT FOR TEAM CANADA

After falling to Great Britain in the quarter-finals, Canada will now play in April’s qualifying round. With the Billie Jean King Cup changing formats for 2025, they will play in a three-team round robin, with the winner advancing to Final 8 in November.
