WTN Challenge Matches are an opportunity for junior players participating in high performance programs and training under Coach 2s (or higher) across Canada to play more quality competitive matches and track their progress through the contribution of match results to their ITF World Tennis Number (WTN).

PROGRAM BENEFITS

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

  1. Set up Matchplay: Coaches get access to the national-provincial matchplay platform and create an upcoming matchplay session. They can upload rules, regulations, and other important information for players.
  1. Register Players: Coaches can open online registration for players and accept players into the league or manually add players to the session.
  1. Generate Matchups: Coaches can input custom matchups or generate random matchups based on a chosen draw format. When setting up matches, coaches can check players’ WTNs and GamezONes to ensure a competitive match.
  1. Record Scores: Coaches can quickly and easily enter scores online. Scores recorded on the national-provincial matchplay platform will be automatically transmitted to the ITF to update players’ WTNs on a weekly basis.
