Yes. In addition to standard business relationships, Tennis Canada welcomes strategic partnerships or in-kind/monetary donations when aligned with our mission and goals. If you are interested in exploring a sponsorship, philanthropic contribution, or visibility partnership, please mention it in the contact form message. Our partnerships or philanthropy team will follow up with you if appropriate.

Tennis Canada expects all suppliers, their representatives, and subcontractors to maintain a respectful, professional, and collaborative attitude in all interactions with our staff.

We do not tolerate any form of incivility, aggressive behavior, undue pressure, or inappropriate language toward our employees or collaborators. Any such incidents may be documented and evaluated, and could result in:
•    a review of the supplier’s approved status.
•    corrective actions;
•    or, in some cases, termination of the business relationship.

A supplier conduct evaluation grid is used internally to support this process. Our goal is to foster strong, trust-based relationships built on mutual respect.

Official Languages Tennis Canada operates in both English and French. Vendors should be able to communicate in either language, depending on the requirements of the project.
