From 2023 to 2024, more than 150 women have participated in Women in Leadership Events nation-wide.

In 2025, Tennis Canada hosted a Women in Coaching Webinar Series that offered interactive discussions and practical insights led by experienced leaders and experts.

From 2023 to 2024, women officials obtained eight ITF certifications including Anne Bees, who became the first Canadian woman to obtain the high-level certification of the ITF Gold Badge Referee in 2024.
