It takes a village to develop a top tennis athlete; from the moment they pick up a racquet to the day they enter the high-performance pipeline and ultimately reach their peak as a player.
That’s why, in honour of National Coaches Week, we’re proud to shine the spotlight on Tennis Canada’s high-performance coaching team who work tirelessly to produce Canada’s next generation of tennis champions. Here’s a snapshot of everyone who makes the magic happen helping players through the Whole Player Development Pathway under the leadership of Guillaume Marx, Vice-President of High Performance, Melissa Lacroix, Senior Director, High Performance, Martin Laurendeau, Head of Men’s Tennis, Noëlle van Lottum, Head of Women’s Tennis, Jocelyn Robichaud, Head of U15 Development, and Janet Petras, Director, High-Performance Operations and Paralympic Programs.
