Annie Blanchette is a bilingual senior executive with over twenty years of experience in talent management, organizational transformation, and strategic human resources leadership. As Vice-President, Talent & Culture at Tennis Canada, she plays a key role in developing the organization’s HR strategy, strengthening its internal culture, and supporting the growth of high-performing, inclusive teams nationwide.
Prior to joining Tennis Canada, Annie held senior leadership positions at major companies such as Pratt & Whitney, CAE, and Bauer. She led significant HR transformations and successfully streamlined complex processes in multi-site environments, both nationally and internationally. Known for her mobilizing leadership, Annie excels at aligning talent strategies with business objectives while fostering cultures of engagement, performance, and agility.
An active member of her community, Annie serves on several boards of directors and is currently pursuing a certification in board governance. She proudly carried the Olympic torch during the 2010 Vancouver Winter Games and remains deeply involved in sport as a founding member of an elite ringette club and as a hockey player.
Annie holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations and a Certificate in Law from Université Laval. She is also a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA).
