We are pleased to announce that the new TPA member platform is now live!

This modernized platform provides centralized access to TPA services, including course registrations, certificates, payment history, resources, and member benefits.

What is new?

Why did we making this change?

Our old system had been in place since 2010. To keep pace with today’s digital standards, we’re moving to a modern, user-friendly platform that provides a seamless and secure online experience for all members.

What does this mean for you?

The way you interact with TPA online will look different. Public content is now available at www.tenniscanada.com/coach, while member-only materials can be accessed through the new backend platform.

This upgraded system features a sleek, modern interface, and access to all TPA services is now in one convenient place.

We have heard your feedback: the platform is easier to use, with centralized access to certificates, member benefits, registration, and more. Plus, enhanced data security features ensures your information is always protected.

FAQ

When accessing the new platform for the first time, click on "Forgot password", and enter the email address associated with your existing TPA account. You will then receive a one-time code to verify your email address, after which you will be able to create a new password.

Member benefits are now available directly from your TPA account. Once logged in, you can use the "Benefit" tab to explore all available offers and details.
Please note that the Career Centre (Job postings/offers) and the TPA E-Store are not yet available, as we are delivering the new platform in phases. We are working diligently to have them available as soon as possible.

TennisCanada.com serves as the public hub for Canadian tennis, showcasing national pathways, coaching education standards, and resources that support the development of coaches at every stage of their journey. Coaches can use the site to explore certification pathways, access publicly available tools and articles, and stay informed about national programs, events, and initiatives — all available through the dedicated Coaching section at tenniscanada.com/coach .
The new TPA Member Platform, on the other hand, is an exclusive space for certified tennis professional. It allows members to manage their profiles, renew memberships, access member-only resources and benefits, and stay connected to the TPA community.

Resources that are open to the public can now be accessed through the Tennis Canada website at Resources | Tennis Canada .
Resources exclusive to TPA members will be available through the new TPA platform. Once logged in to your account, resources will be available under the "Benefit" tab.
