Provincial & Territorial Tennis Associations
$90/player, includes singles and doubles, to be paid by the Provincial & Territorial Tennis Associations.
Singles will be held March 20 – 27, 2026 and will comprise,
Pool Play (5 matches per player)
Intra Bracket Play (1 match per player)
Finals (2-3 matches per player)
A Coastal v Continental Doubles Team event will be held March 20 –21, 2026. Doubles teams for March 20 to be confirmed with the Tournament Director by March 19. Failure to submit doubles teams by the given deadline for the second day will result in the same teams matchup as for day 1.
By invitation from Provincial Associations, based on guaranteed allocations. Open to Canadian citizens and Permanent residents only.

Only Singles matches are counted towards a player’s National Bank Singles Ranking.
All participants are required to complete and sign the Tennis Canada Sport Safety Code of Conduct & Discipline and Complaints Policy as part of their registration.

The Fair Play Award will be presented on the final day, following nominations from the referee, officials and the Tournament Director.
Please note that the finals matches and awards ceremony will take place the evening of March 27. It is recommended that players depart the morning of March 28.
An important education tool that defines a standard of behaviour for all parents and creates a more rewarding, safe, and respectful environment for everyone involved.
To be completed by March 15 midnight EST.
Free of charge to a minimum of one parent/guardian for each athlete participating in the Fischer Nationals.
Failure of parents to complete this program by the deadline will result in the ineligibility of their child to participate in the Fischer Nationals.

PARENT AND PLAYER MEETING

March 9, 2026 at 7:00pm EST, with Tennis Canada High Performance, Safe Sport and Women & Girls.
Attendance is mandatory by at least one parent/guardian and players.
Any players unable to attend the live meeting are required to watch the recording. Attendance will be recorded.
COACHES MEETING
March 19, 2026, 12:00pm, with referee and Tournament Director.
PLAYER MEETING
March 19, 2026, 1:00pm, with referee and Tournament Director.
DRAW
Singles: March 19, 2026, 3:00pm.
PLAYER SOCIAL EVENT
March 21, 2026, after completion of doubles event.
OPENING CERIMONY
March 20, 2026, 8:30am.
Provincial team wear required.

Matches will begin March 20, 2026, 9:30am.

Immediately following the final matches.
Practice courts will be available March 18 & 19 and may be reserved through your provincial coach.

It will be the responsibility of each provincial coach to arrange transport for their players to and from the hotel/airport, by sending any transport requests to Sila Huang at shuang@albertatenniscentre.ca by March 5, 2026.
After this deadline, transport requests are not possible, and provinces will be required to arrange their own transport.
NB Players/Teams are expected to travel between the club and the hotel on foot, due to the short distance (300m) from the hotel to the club.

Any parent/guardian/coach wishing to video a match, must obtain written consent from the players’ parent/guardian/coach and the Tournament Supervisor/Referee.

Any unused Base Allocations and TC spots will be returned to Tennis Canada and redistributed through the National Bank Rankings.
If a player withdraws from the Provincial Base Allocation, that Province may replace the player at any point, up to the scheduled draw time.
