Tournament Referee -
All players must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of the tournament. All players entering Qualifying who did not participate in the 2025 Fischer Outdoor or 2026 Fischer Indoor National Championships (any age category) must submit their proof of Canadian citizenship or residency to aboles@tenniscanada.com within 48 hours after the entry deadline (August 2, 2026 at 11:59pm EST) or they may be removed from the event.

Doubles
Doubles pairings to be submitted to the referee up until 1 hour after qualifying ends.
Only players participating in the main draw are eligible to enter doubles.
Qualifying Draw: August 9, 2026, 6:00pm.
Singles main draw: August 11, 2026, 4:00pm.
Doubles main draw: August 11, 2026, following the singles draw.
Alternates only must sign-in for singles qualifying, either in-person or by phone with the Referee, between 3:00 - 6:00pm August 9, 2026, local time.
Players accepted into the Qualifying and Main Draws are not required to sign-in.
All players need to be approved by their respective provincial or territorial association to partake in the U16 qualifications.

All participants are required to complete and sign the Tennis Canada Sport Safety Code of Conduct & Discipline and Complaints Policy as part of their registration.
An important education tool that defines a standard of behaviour for all parents and creates a more rewarding, safe, and respectful environment for everyone involved.

The module only needs to be completed once every 3-calendar years, per athlete.
Free of charge to a minimum of one parent/guardian for each athlete participating in the Fischer Nationals.
Failure of parents to complete this program by the deadline will result in the ineligibility of their child to participate in the Fischer Nationals.

Any parent/guardian/coach wishing to video a match, must obtain written consent from the players’ parent/guardian/coach and the Tournament Supervisor/Referee.

Qualifiers: 4 qualifiers will be added to the draw based on the results of the Junior Nationals Qualifying tournament immediately preceding the Main draw.
Any unused TC or provincial allocation spots will be returned to Tennis Canada and not be re-distributed.
If a player withdraws from the Provincial Base Allocation, that Province may replace the player at any point, up to the scheduled draw time.
In the event that an extra player is required to even the draw size, Tennis Canada will add a Lucky Loser from the Junior National Qualifying tournament.
The Granite Club requires all players to wear all white attire. This includes every article of clothing, which must be 90% white, except shoes, which may be coloured. Girls are permitted to wear dark coloured shorts beneath their white skirts.
Club regulations must be strictly adhered to. These will be distributed and explained during the player meeting.
Any person who wishes to enter the Granite Club to participate, spectate or work at the event, must be pre-registered to obtain an entry pass and/or parking permit. This may be completed here: GRANITE CLUB PASS
