For Main and Qualifying Draws, March 18, 2026, midnight PST.

All players entering the event (Main and Qualifying draws) must do so via the following link:

ENTRY FEE
$90/player, includes singles and doubles.
Each province must complete their Provincial Nomination List and send it to Cameron at ccoulter@tenniscanada.com by noon PST March 16, 2026.
This is a list of up to 10 players, in order of merit, resulting from their provincial selection process.
The players in the Provincial Nomination List may gain entry into the main draw (if they are not already in the top 32) via 2 methods:
To top-up the provincial base allocation, if necessary.
Replacement of main draw players from their province, who withdraw before qualifications start; after this point, the vacancies will be filled with eligible lucky losers.
SIGN-IN
Players accepted directly into the Singles Main Draw or Qualifying events, are not required to sign in with the Referee.
ALTERNATES
All entered players on the Alternates list who wish to be considered for the draw, must sign in by phone or in person with the referee, March 27, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Any non-entered players who wish to be considered for the draw, but did not register by the deadline, must sign in person with the referee, March 27, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Players must present their passport information page or permanent residency card at sign-in, to verify their Canadian status.
The referee will announce a sign-in time for the first day of play for any Alternates who wish to be considered for the Qualifying event, should a potential spot open up due to injury or withdrawal.
Players who have lost their first main draw match who wish to play consolation must sign-in in person with the referee within 30 minutes of the conclusion of their main draw match.
Ranking points will be awarded based on finishing positions in all main draw events only, not consolation events.
Players who wish to play doubles must sign-in in person with the referee.
Deadline: March 29, 1 hour after qualifying matches finish.
Only players participating in the main draw singles are eligible to enter doubles.
Boys: Wilson US Open Extra Duty
Girls: Wilson US Open Regular Duty
COURT SURFACE
Hard
All participants are required to complete and sign the Tennis Canada Sport Safety Code of Conduct & Discipline and Complaints Policy as part of their registration.
All players must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of the tournament. All players who did not participate in the 2026 Fischer Indoor National Championships must submit their proof of Canadian citizenship or residency within ccoulter@tenniscanada.com 48 hours after the entry deadline (March 18th @ Midnight) or they may be removed from the event.
An important education tool that defines a standard of behaviour for all parents and creates a more rewarding, safe, and respectful environment for everyone involved.

Free of charge to a minimum of one parent/guardian for each athlete participating in the Fischer Nationals.
Failure of parents to complete this program by the deadline will result in the ineligibility of their child to participate in the Fischer Nationals.

Qualifying Draw: March 27, 4:30pm.
Singles Main Draw: March 29, 4:00pm.
Doubles Main Draw: March 29, following the singles draw.
PLAYER SOCIAL EVENT
Lunch, March 29, 1:00pm in Players’ Lounge.
AWARD PRESENTATIONS
Immediately following the last finals match.
March 29, 2026, 12:30pm, with Referee and Tournament Director.
All 8 courts are available on March 27 from 8:00am - 9:00pm and may be reserved at the link below.
Courts are reserved for players in the Qualifications from 7:00am-8:30am on March 28 & 29.
Evening courts will be open for practice March 29, following qualifying matches. Reserve at the Tournament Desk in the Centre of Excellence.
Morning practice March 30 - April 4, from 7:00am - 8:30am, is divided by province.

PHOTOS
It will be the responsibility of each player to arrange transport to and from the hotel/airport, by sending any transport requests to Matthew Kapogines at mkapogines@tenniscanada.com by March 16, 2026.
After this deadline, transport requests are not possible, and players will be required to arrange their own transport.
TRAVEL CONSENT
Parents of ALL players under the age of 21, are required to complete the Travel Consent Form.
Please note that this includes the consent for live streaming of matches, which may take place during the event.

Any parent/guardian/coach wishing to video a match, must obtain written consent from the players’ parent/guardian/coach and the Tournament Supervisor/Referee.

Any unused TC High Performance spots will be returned to Tennis Canada and not redistributed.
*Any province that does not meet its base allocation in the main draw following player selection (based on the National Bank top 32 ranking, in the respective age category), will be able to ‘top-up’ the number of players to meet their allocation. Players will be selected, in order of merit, from the Provincial Nomination List, (which is based on provincial qualifying events) and must have registered for the tournament by the entry deadline.
