Each province must complete their Provincial Nomination List and send it to aboles@tenniscanada.com by 3:00pm July 23, 2026.
This is a list of up to 10 players, in order of merit, resulting from their provincial selection process.
The players in the Provincial Nomination List may gain entry into the main draw (if they are not already in the top 32) via 2 methods:
To top-up the provincial base allocation, if necessary.
Replacement of main draw players from their province, who withdraw before qualifications start; after this point, the vacancies will be filled with eligible lucky losers.
Alternates only must sign-in for singles qualifying, either in-person or by phone with the Referee, between 3:00 - 6:00pm EST, on August 1, 2026.
Players accepted into the Qualifying and Main Draws are not required to sign-in.
All players need to be approved by their respective provincial or territorial association to partake in the U18 qualifications.
Players who have lost their first main draw match and who wish to play consolation, must sign-in in person with the referee within 30 minutes of the conclusion of their main draw match.
Ranking points will be awarded based on finishing positions in all main draw events only, not consolation events.
Players who wish to play doubles must sign-in in person with the referee before the deadline on August 3, 2026, up until 1 hour after qualifying is completed.
Only players participating in the main draw are eligible to enter doubles.
All players must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of the tournament. All players who did not participate in the 2025 Fischer Outdoor or 2026 Fischer Indoor National Championships (any age category) must submit their proof of Canadian citizenship or residency to aboles@tenniscanada.com within 48 hours after the entry deadline (July 25, 2026 at midnight) or they may be removed from the event.
Any player failing to do so, or supplying falsified data, will be removed from the draw and/or receive suspension points.
