Donation Purpose and Recognition The donor can indicate what area their donation should support and whether they wish to be publicly recognized or remain anonymous. Tennis Canada will try to honor preferences but reserves full discretion on fund allocation. All personal information is kept strictly confidential.
Donation Details (to be completed by broker) Fields include the name, number, and estimated value of shares, and the desired transaction completion date. Tennis Canada will sell the securities as soon as possible once received.
